I started my senior year of high school because I was sad and lonely, and honestly this year was not much different 🤣 anyway it’s crazy looking back how far cameras have come and also have far my makeup skills have come too lol happy Valentine’s Day everybody ✨💜✨

Please can you publish trustworthy links for donating to Syria so it helps reach the less supported people?

There are 3 main ones I know of (I have family in Syria that are directly affected)
1. Molham
- I’ve included a link to where people can donate and here is a link to their twitter page where they’re giving regular updates. Here’s a third link to donate in Euros
- Molham, to those who don’t know, are specifically a non profit, non government team that have been providing relief for displaced & refugee Syrians. They’re now helping out with the Earth Quake.
- Currently searching for survivors and pull ing the dead from collapsed buildings
3. Islamic Relief (this link should work for all countries donating)
- Has for a very long time been extremely reliable. I usually donate through them and they tend to help out people all cross the world. They currently have a team in Syria, last I’ve heard.

please PLEASE donate.
Even one dollar, one pound, can go a long way.

Syria needs help too! Syria matters too! They’re not receiving aid for a variety of political reasons and they desperately need it!!!

How to start your day on a positive note:
- drink your water as soon as you wake up and take any vitamins/medicines so avoid forgetting them
- i find that sitting up or propping myself up helps me not to fall back asleep in the mornings and stay productive
- set a list of realistic goal or expectations for the day - don’t push yourself - i use MinimaList and i love it
- open your shades and let natural light into the room
- surround yourself with positive energy whether that be reading a book, or watching a youtube video that grounds you
- meditation always helps to centre myself for the day or yoga and stretching
- fuel your body - if your like me and don’t like eating in the mornings try a smoothie or yogurt
- get some fresh air - whether that’s opening a window, drinking your coffee outside or going for a walk
- deal with any small tasks in the morning to help deal with the workload and focus on longer tasks
- do your skincare routine and brush your teeth - keep clean !
- pick an outfit you feel comfortable and happy in and that makes you feel your best
- take deep breaths and practice steady breathing
- be kind to yourself mentally and physically your body is doing so many amazing things nurture it
